This workshop will offer support for managing the stresses and strains of life and increasing health and wellbeing at home and at work.
It will give you some tips and tools to re-connect with the peace at very the core of your being and support you in dealing with the challenges, demands and opportunities that come your way day and daily.
It is about learning how to stay close to the heart of what matters most, no matter what!
