Retreat Day: 4th, June, 10am to 4pm.
The course is designed so that you can easily and effectively learn to practise mindfulness, manage your stress levels in daily life and enjoy the benefits on an ongoing basis.
8 Weekly Experiental Sessions that help you to establish focused awareness and embed regular mindfulness practices in your daily life. These sessions include insight dialogue, short video presentations and home assignments to practise in daily life.
Towards the end of the programme there will be a Retreat Day where you will have an opportunity to enter into a long period of stillness and silence and nourish your soul in a beauitful environment.

- Invitation to participate in ongoing Community Mindfulness Sessions.
MBSR originally created by Jon Kabat Zinn incorporates techniques such as meditation, gentle yoga and mind-body exercises to help people cope with stress. It gives people greater clarity on what is happening in their lives, improving problem solving and boosting concentration.
