8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme
When: January 19 - March 9, 2015
Weekly: Mondays - 7.00 to 9.30pm (with a mid term break on Feb 16 and day long meditation retreat on Saturday, 28th of February - 10am to 3.30pm)
Location: Wellness for Life Studio, 19 Hampton Park, Belfast, BT7 3JL
The 8 week classes will be conducted and led by Mindfulness Teacher - Maria Garvey trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction through the European Institute for Mindfulness Approaches (IMA) which applies the pioneering mindfulness approach of John Kabat-Zinn.
The mindful movement aspects of the course will be lead by Anne Costello, Stress Management Consultant and experienced Yoga and Mindfulness teacher.
